Hi, I’m Peter - a sommelier based in East London.

I’m currently pouring and talking wine at Brawn, and have been cultivating my passion for all things natural wine with the teams at Bright (P.Franco, Noble Fine Liquor & Peg), Westerns Laundry, Hill and Szrok in London and Jöro in Sheffield. I’m passionate about wine made with care, speaks to its heritage and, perhaps most importantly, feels fun to drink.

Whether it’s crafting or refreshing a wine list, training staff or helping to curate engaging collaborative events, I want to use that passion and knowledge for all things natural wine to help restaurants, bars and shops who want to get involved in this incredible movement.
